Arrive at Weligama Service Center

Visit our flagship Service Provider Center located at Round the Board in Weligama Bay. We are just a 3-minute walk (250m) from Weligama Railway Station and 4 minutes from the Main Bus Stand.

Counter Verification (No Passport Withholding)

  • International travelers: Home country driving licence + 1949/1968 International Driving Permit (IDP) or AAC endorsement

Mutual Walkaround & Gear Sizing

Before handing over the keys, a hub technician walks around the vehicle with you to log existing cosmetic conditions, check tire tread depth, and test all lights, horn, and brakes.

Deposit Hold & Hit the Road

Leave your refundable security deposit (cash or card hold). Receive your keys, get a brief controls walkthrough, and roll straight out onto Weligama’s coastal roads with complete peace of mind.

Documents & Licence Requirements in Sri Lanka

Sri Lankan traffic police actively check international driving endorsements in the Weligama and Mirissa coastal belt. We verify everything at the counter so your ride is 100% legal and safe.

International Tourists

Foreign Licences
  • Valid driving licence from your home country (with motorcycle/scooter category)
  • International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under 1949 or 1968 convention, OR an AAC (Automobile Association of Ceylon) temporary driving permit endorsement
  • Original Passport (inspected at counter for identity, digital scan taken, returned immediately)

Sri Lankan Citizens

National Licences
  • Valid Sri Lankan Driving Licence (Class A for motorbikes or Class B with motorcycle endorsement)
  • National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport for verification
  • Active local phone number for booking updates and roadside emergency contact

Age & Riding Regulations

Road Rules
  • Minimum riding age: 18 years old
  • Both rider and pillion passenger must wear fastened certified helmets at all times
  • Sri Lanka drives on the left side of the road; headlights required on main coastal highways

100% Full Refund

Cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time and receive a full 100% refund of any prepaid amount.

Full flexibility for changing travel plans.
Between 2 and 24 Hours Notice

50% Partial Refund

Cancellations within 2 to 24 hours of pickup incur a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for the vehicle being held off the road.

Security deposit remains 100% refunded.
2 Hours or Less Notice

Non-Refundable Fee

Cancellations with under 2 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable as the vehicle is prepped and waiting at the counter.

Shop cancellations (e.g. breakdown) are always 100% refunded.
